- Repeated parallel file reads are executed once per response; duplicate calls no longer inflate failure counts or trigger long retry loops.
- Declining plan mode is remembered for the conversation, so Tamcoder does not repeatedly reopen the same plan prompt.
- Repeated failed tool calls now get one clear strategy-change opportunity and then a clean blocker result.
- Supplier-specific daily caps rotate to other available providers while account spending limits remain enforced.
- Supported XML-style tool-call output is parsed into registered tools instead of leaking raw markup into the transcript.
- Requests to change code are nudged out of repeated inspection and toward a justified edit and focused check.
- npm package and PyPI publication are pending registry authentication. The Python shim build passed package validation; availability must be checked after publication.

SDK interoperability facades are included. This release does not claim measured performance parity with Codex, Claude Code, Kimi Code or Grok; comparative benchmarks for TamfisGPT and Tamcoder remain to be run.
