Child agents now target a 10,000,000-token allowance instead of 2,000 tokens. The default shared token pool supports concurrent agents, and an explicit `spawn_agent.budget_tokens` may be set up to 10,000,000. Parent USD spending limits and model context limits still apply; this does not make every model a ten-million-token context model.

Includes the 0.1.34 fixes for ignored explicit agent requests and manual shell commands killed by the hidden 30-second timer.

Fixes the interactive-question tool's provider schema: it now advertises an object root while accepting stored legacy calls. This prevents providers rejecting the complete tool catalog before any agent call can run.

Fixes the memory tool's tuple schema, which caused live provider rejection of the entire tool list before agent dispatch. The advertised view_range is a portable two-integer array; execution retains the original range validation.
