Explicit requests to spawn agents can no longer silently end as an ordinary text answer without an attempt to dispatch an agent. The coordinator requests a real spawn call, then uses the existing agent lifecycle and result collection. Questions about broken agents and instructions not to use agents do not trigger this behavior.

Adds on-demand TamfisGPT knowledge retrieval through the authenticated API. Shared Qdrant service configuration is required on the server; clients never receive database credentials. Local project memory is separate.

Manual `!command` and `/shell` commands no longer have a hidden 30-second kill timer. They display running output, remain cancellable with Ctrl+C, and show signals or launch errors instead of `exit null`.
