- Fix the narrate-instead-of-act blocker. When a reply announces a step without running it, Tamcoder keeps recovering on its own and the "described the next step but did not run it / press Enter" notice stays hidden until recovery has truly failed.
- A recovery turn that ran a tool counts as progress and resets the budget, so a task that is moving is no longer abandoned after six nudges (a hard ceiling of 40 per request still applies).
- Recovery nudges escalate: the second and later ones quote the announced step, name the tool that performs it (read the exact lines first after a failed edit, then edit), and demand a bare tool call as the whole reply.
- The engine's own "kept announcing its next step" warning is no longer printed while the terminal is still recovering.
